A second category of gemstone NFTs planned for the future will reduce the penalties paid by yield farmers when they claim their rewards before the end of the vesting period.

Farming rewards are locked for a three-month vesting period. However, LPs can opt to receive their rewards immediately, at the cost of a 50% early exit fee. These NFTs will reduce the penalty, giving yield farmers instant access to higher rates of rewards.
